Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 15oz cans pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg andginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves and allspice

How To Make mini pumpkin loaves

  • Step 1
    Mix the first four ingredients and the spices.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and pumpkin.
  • Step 2
    Pour the dry ingredients.Mix well.Pour to two bread loaf pans or 4 small 4x6 loaf pans.
  • Step 3
    Preheat the oven to 350 F. If you are baking 2 loaves put them in the oven for 70 minutes. If you are baking 4 small loaves then put them in the oven for 50 minutes.Enjoy!
