Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 15oz cans pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg andginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves and allspice
How To Make mini pumpkin loaves

Step 1Mix the first four ingredients and the spices.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and pumpkin.

Step 2Pour the dry ingredients.Mix well.Pour to two bread loaf pans or 4 small 4x6 loaf pans.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 350 F. If you are baking 2 loaves put them in the oven for 70 minutes. If you are baking 4 small loaves then put them in the oven for 50 minutes.Enjoy!
