    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    oil
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 15oz can(s)
    pumpkin
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg andginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    cloves and allspice

How to Make Mini Pumpkin Loaves

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the first four ingredients and the spices.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and pumpkin.
  2. Pour the dry ingredients.Mix well.Pour to two bread loaf pans or 4 small 4x6 loaf pans.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 F. If you are baking 2 loaves put them in the oven for 70 minutes. If you are baking 4 small loaves then put them in the oven for 50 minutes.Enjoy!
