  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - powdered sugar(enough to make to spreading consistency)

How To Make maple icing for rolls or cake

  • Step 1
    In medium sauce pan brown the butter,slowly add the cream.Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add maple flavoring and salt.Add enough powdered sugar to get desired spreading consistency.Stir well.
