I made this at a friends in hawaii , he had a mango tree and a macadamia tree. Its different but very very good. hope you will enjoy. xoxoxo

  • 2 c
    mango, cubed
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    macadamia nuts, chopped

How to Make Mango Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350*. grease pan.
    Mix flour, salt and soda.
  2. In another bowl, add oil, sugar, mango's and cinnamon.Combine ingredients and then nuts. mix just till combined.
  3. pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 min. cool on baking rack then enjoy. xooxxo
