Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk or cultured milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped mangoes,not to ripe
- 1/3 cup chopped dry dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make mango bread

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract.Add vegetable oil.

Step 2In another bowl mix the flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt.Pour dry ingredients to the egg mixture.

Step 3Fold in the mangoes and dates.Pour to 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake 55-60 minutes.
