low carb banana nut bread

I love Banana Nut bread, but needing a low carb options, I was stuck. I tried some recipes and this is one that I came up with. Only 11 carbs a slice.

Ingredients
- 1 package betty crocker super moist yellow cake
- 3 1/2 ounces banana creme jello pudding mix
- 1 cup eggbeaters
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup mott's unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup ripe mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
How To Make low carb banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat over at 350 degrees.

Step 2Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Add bananas and nuts, mix well. Pour into Muffin pans or Loaf pan, sprayed with pam.

Step 3Cook for 40 minutes for loaf or Mini Loafs. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins. Makes 12 1/2 inch slices.
