I love Banana Nut bread, but needing a low carb options, I was stuck. I tried some recipes and this is one that I came up with. Only 11 carbs a slice.

betty crocker super moist yellow cake
3 1/2 oz
banana creme jello pudding mix
1 c
1 c
1/4 c
mott's unsweetened applesauce
1 c
ripe mashed bananas
1/2 c
walnut pieces

How to Make Low Carb Banana Nut Bread


  • 1Preheat over at 350 degrees.
  • 2Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Add bananas and nuts, mix well. Pour into Muffin pans or Loaf pan, sprayed with pam.
  • 3Cook for 40 minutes for loaf or Mini Loafs.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins.

    Makes 12 1/2 inch slices.
