Have had this recipe for so many years I don't remember where I got it, make it every year always turns out great. You know you have an old recipe when the paper its wrote on is yellow and stained. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups crisco oil (i used coconut oil)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk@4 tablespoons vinigar(mixed together)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 3 cups rhubarb (diced and blanched)
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- TOPPING
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make just plain old rhubarb bread

Step 1Mix ingredients in order given pour into well greased and floured bread pans makes 2 loaves .Add topping .Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours
