My sweet neighbor brought me a bag of apples one year and I went in search of recipes to use them up. I found this one and just knew it would be awesome. Everyone just loves it. It's so good!

Ingredients

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 c
    grated, peeled, apples
  • TOPPING MIX

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    cold butter

How to Make Hot Sin Apple Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.(Use Large loaf pans) Mix the topping ingredients together and put half of mixture into bottom of prepared pans.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, baking soda and salt together in large mixing bowl.Pour in 3 cups flour, stir a few times, then add apples and stir well. Don't over mix.Pour into prepared pans.
  3. Sprinkle remaining topping mixture on top of apple mixture. and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
