I love breads! I found this one in a recipe book at my mom's house. I really love the flavors in this bread.

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup shredded all bran-cereal
- 2/3 cup honey
- 3/4 cup orange juice (any kind)
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make honey-orange bran bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a bread pan of your choice.I spray bread pan with "Baker's Joy" The recipe says to use a 1 pound coffee can and to grease it generously.

Step 2If you do decide to use the coffee can idea make sure to fold a piece of aluminum foil long enough to go around can with a generous overlap.

Step 3In small bowl mix flour, baking powder , baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.

Step 4In large bowl soak bran cereal with honey and orange juice. Beat in egg and canola oil.

Step 5Add dry ingredients and stir only until moistened. Turn into prepared pan or if you use the can idea pour into the can.

Step 6Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
