Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cranberries (or more if desired)
- 1 - small sweet potato, cooked and mashed (may add water to mash)
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 2 - bananas, ripened until skin is black

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first eight (dry) ingredients in large mixing bowl. Combine the remaining six ingredients in separate mixing bowl. Then combine together. Mix until smooth.

Step 2Pour into greased and floured square pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Test by poking fork in center until it comes out smooth and clean.
