golden banana bread
I made this last night with my daughter. Who is only two years old, but already loves to cook & bake with her mama. This banana bread is one of my favorites. Very moist, with a slightly crispy top crust. It was a great nighttime snack. And even better warmed up with a little butter the next morning!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margerine
- 2 - large eggs
- 3 - medium bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make golden banana bread

Step 1Grease your loaf pan. I used a 9 x 5. You can also use (2) 8 x 4's. Or, (4) mini loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine sugar and softened butter. Add eggs and mix well.

Step 3Stir in your mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Step 4Stir in your dry ingredients until just moistened. Be careful not to over mix.

Step 5Bake for one hour, or for mini loaves - about 45 minutes will do.
