This really is my "go to banana bread recipe". It's a dense, moist bread, oh so good! So easy to put together too. I have also baked this recipe in mini loaf pans too. Turns out great!

    large ripe bananas, well mashed
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make go to banana bread

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan.

    Mix the mashed bananas and the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the vanilla, and stir.

    Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and the baking soda. If you are adding walnuts, add them now, and blend.

    Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Remove from pan, and cool on a rack.

    So delicious served warm with butter! This bread stays moist for days, so good with your morning coffee! Enjoy
