This really is my "go to banana bread recipe". It's a dense, moist bread, oh so good! So easy to put together too. I have also baked this recipe in mini loaf pans too. Turns out great!

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas, well mashed
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make go to banana bread

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan.

Step 2Mix the mashed bananas and the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the vanilla, and stir.

Step 3Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. If you are adding walnuts, add them now, and blend.

Step 4Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. *If baking in 3 mini loaf pans, bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 5Remove from pan, and cool on a rack.

Step 6So delicious served warm with butter! This bread stays moist for days, so good with your morning coffee! Enjoy
