How to Make gluten free banana bread
- 1Grease the bottom of a loaf pan. Bake at 375* 40 min.
- 2Cream the oil & sugar.
Stir in the mashed bananas,
Add eggs & blend thoroughly.
- 3Mix in the Rice flour, soda & salt.
- 4Spread batter into the loaf pan evenly. bake 40 minutes. checking center with a tooth pick, if poked & clean, its done
Remove from pan & cool on a rack.
