I used store bought pizza dough and made a quick and easy versatile dessert. Any canned pie filing will work. The glaze is easy and fast. Even the kids can get involved making their own individual pizza.

Ingredients
- 1 - pizza dough from your local bakery or grocery store
- 1/3 cup cinnamon, ground & sugar mixture
- 1 can any fruit pie filing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- - a little vanilla extract & milk to make it a runny consistency
How To Make fruit pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 400F. On a pizza pan press out dough to cover the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture all over dough generously. Add fruit spreading it all over dough but keeping it away from the edges. Bake for 35 minutes or until dough is brown and cooked all the through. I had to place a piece of foil about 20 minutes of baking over the top to keep from getting too brown

Step 2Combine glaze ingredients...spread all around pizza while still hot. Serve alone or with a coop of vanilla ice cream.
