How to Make Fresh Lemon Nut Bread
- Blend milk, eggs, and lemon peel in blender. Mix butter and sugar together. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and nuts.
- Mix all together and pour into a loaf pan
- Bake at 325 for 60mins. Remove from oven.
- Mix lemon juice and sugar, and spoon mixture over the top of loaf, returning it to the oven for another five minutes. Let cool before slicing.
