How to Make Fresh Lemon Nut Bread
1Blend milk, eggs, and lemon peel in blender. Mix butter and sugar together. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and nuts.
2Mix all together and pour into a loaf pan
3Bake at 325 for 60mins. Remove from oven.
4Mix lemon juice and sugar, and spoon mixture over the top of loaf, returning it to the oven for another five minutes. Let cool before slicing.
