- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- - peel of lemon, grated
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup nuts
- 1/3 cup sugar
- - lemon juice from 1 lemon
How To Make fresh lemon nut bread

Step 1Blend milk, eggs, and lemon peel in blender. Mix butter and sugar together. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and nuts.

Step 2Mix all together and pour into a loaf pan

Step 3Bake at 325 for 60mins. Remove from oven.

Step 4Mix lemon juice and sugar, and spoon mixture over the top of loaf, returning it to the oven for another five minutes. Let cool before slicing.
