Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients is a bowl. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except nuts, mixing well.

Step 3Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan. Bake 60-70 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 5Let cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack.
