I got this wonderful recipes, from a home product call Earth and Wine Provisions.. I love their jams, and curds.. I changed a few ingredient to make it diabetic friendly for the holidays or just for Sunday morning with tea..

Ingredients
- 2 packages puff pastry thawed
- 1/2 cup candied walnuts
- 9 ounces marinade pumpkin marmalade
- 3 tablespoons smart balance spread
- 2 tablespoons splenda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make fall harvest cinnamon buns

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.

Step 2unfold the pastry and spread 1/2 the jar over the entire surface, sprinkle half the walnuts and roll. Repeat with next sheet. Cut into 6 even rounds.

Step 3Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the bottom of the baking dish. Place rolls in the buttered pan. Pour 2 tbsp of melted butter over rolls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle over the rolls. Bake for 30 minutes.
