I got this wonderful recipes, from a home product call Earth and Wine Provisions.. I love their jams, and curds.. I changed a few ingredient to make it diabetic friendly for the holidays or just for Sunday morning with tea..

Ingredients

  • 2 packages puff pastry thawed
  • 1/2 cup candied walnuts
  • 9 ounces marinade pumpkin marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons smart balance spread
  • 2 tablespoons splenda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Make fall harvest cinnamon buns

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    unfold the pastry and spread 1/2 the jar over the entire surface, sprinkle half the walnuts and roll. Repeat with next sheet. Cut into 6 even rounds.
  • Step 3
    Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the bottom of the baking dish. Place rolls in the buttered pan. Pour 2 tbsp of melted butter over rolls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle over the rolls. Bake for 30 minutes.
