Extremely Moist Fat-Free Banana Bread
1 cgranulated sugar
1/2 cegg substitute (equivilent of 2 eggs)
3 largeripe bananas
2 Tbspskim milk
1 tspbaking soda-disolved in the hot water
1/2 chot water
1 2/3 call purpose flour
How to Make Extremely Moist Fat-Free Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray a loaf pan with pan spray.
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, making sure to smash bananas very well.
- Pour into the prepared loaf pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour (may need a little more time) or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool about 15 minutes in the pan then remove from pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
