Ingredients
- 2 - whole eggs
- 1 cup prepared eggnog
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup real butter
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 1/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
How To Make eggnog quick bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease the bottom of a regular 9"x5" loaf pan, or three of the smaller 3"x5" loaf pans.

Step 3Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

Step 4Beat eggs.

Step 5Blend together the beaten eggs, eggnog, rum extract, sugar, vanilla and butter.

Step 6Bake until tester inserted into the center comes out clean. For regular loaf pans this should take about 40-60 minutes. For the smaller loaf pans, this should take about 35-40 minutes.

Step 7Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely, wrap tightly and store refrigerated.
