Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (i use pecans od black walnuts.)
- 2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
How To Make easy pumpkin bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 2 loaf pans with non stick spray.

Step 2Cream sugar, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and pumpkin. Add chopped nuts. Mix well.

Step 3Divide evenly between prepared loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When done baking turn out of loaf pans after 5 minutes and cool completely. May be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen up to two weeks.
