easy lemon bread

I am also a huge fan of anything lemon flavored and one day I was craving something lemony. I decided to make this recipe into little loaves and see how it came out..I also had the thought that if I made smaller cakes I wouldnt eat it all at once and I could freeze them...Well, they do freeeze well, but that first batch never made it to the freezer.

5 small loaves or 2 large loaves
Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 cup water
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk or more as needed
How To Make easy lemon bread

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and pour into desired loaf pans.

Step 2Bake at 325 degrees for forty five minues, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Mix powdered sugar and milk together until you have a spreading consistenecy and top loaves, if desired.

Step 3The glaze on top of the loaves doesnt freeze very well.. so I would omit it or add to the loaves as you thaw them out or put some in a small container if you are giving the loaves as a gift.
