This recipe was given to me many years ago by my my SIL who makes The Best Bread Ever! It's a good basic dough for loaves, rolls or cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients
- 8 cups flour, divided
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2/3 cup dry milk powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 sticks butter or margerine
- 4 cups eggs at room temp
- 2 cups very hot water
- 1 tablespoon salt
How To Make easy basic bread

Step 1Dump all but the last 4 Cups of flour into mixing bowl. Stir together well with beater bar until combined.

Step 2Change beater bar to dough hook and add last 4 Cups of flour. Knead 10 minutes.

Step 3Place in greased bowl. Cover and let set in warm place until doubled in size. Punch down and shape into loaves, rolls, or cinnamon rolls. Let double again. Bake in 350 degree oven. It's done when water sprinkled on bottom of pan sizzles.
