Drema's "Cranberry Nut" Sweet Bread
I buy the colorful red and green baking tins and make up batches for gifts. Cell wrap, curling ribbon, voile'!!!

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar
2 ccranberries, fresh, picked and washed
1/2 cpecans, chopped or pieces
1/2 cflour, plain
1/2 cflour, self-rising
2eggs, well beaten
3/4 cbutter or margerine, unsalted, melted
1 tspalmond extract
How to Make Drema's "Cranberry Nut" Sweet Bread
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease or spray pie tin or plate.
In medium-sized mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup of sugar, cranberries and chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly!
- Pour this mixture in bottom of pie tin. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine flours, 1 cup sugar, salt, well beaten eggs, melted butter and extract. Mix together well and pour over cranberry mixture.
- Bake at 325 defrees F for 40 minutes.
