Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3 - overripe bananas, mashed well
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make dark chocolate banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Beat butter and sugar together. Add in eggs, one at a time until well combined. Mix in milk, vanilla extract, and mashed banana.

Step 3Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 4Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until mixed. Stir in chopped nuts.

Step 5Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans.

Step 6Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 miin -1 hour.

Step 7Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

Step 8Turn out onto rack and cool completely.
