Heat griddle or electric skillet to 375 ^.Spray griddle.
In a small saucepan combine the 1/3 cup brown sugar and the bacon - heat over medium heat until sugar melts and bacon is glazed - do not burn. Set aside to cool slightly.
2Beat bisquick, beer and eggs with a whisk. If batter is too thick, add a little more beer until desired consistency. If any beer is left just drink it. Stir in bacon mixture.
3Pour by 1/2 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook until edges are dry if making into pancakes. Serve with warm syrup and a nice scoop of soft butter.
