Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn (16 ounce can)
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
How To Make crazy corn souffle

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Melt the butter in a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch casserole dish. Beat the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer, pour them in the casserole dish, add some black pepper on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until center is set.
