Cranberry Orange Bread
Note: If you dust the Cranberries with Flour, they won't sink to the bottom of your Batter.

2 call purpose flour
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 corange juice
1grated peel of an orange
2 Tbspbutter, melted
2 Tbsphot water
1 cfresh or frozen cranberries
1 ccoarsely chopped walnuts
1 tspbaking soda
How to Make Cranberry Orange Bread
- In a Large Bowl, combine Dry Ingredients.
In another bowl, Beat Egg. Add Orange Juice, Peel,
Melted Butter, & Hot Water
- Add to Flour Mixture, stirring just until Moistened.
Gently Fold In Cranberries (Lightly Dust them First with Flour to prevent them from sinking, add Chopped Walnuts.
- Spoon into a Greased 9inch x 5inch x 3 inch Loaf Pan.
Bake at 325F for 60 Minutesor until Toothpick inserted neat the Center comes out Clean.
Cool for 10 Minutes before removing to a Wire Rack
