This is my Favorite Sweet Bread, it has alot of Taste & is more Natural & Easy to make!

Note: If you dust the Cranberries with Flour, they won't sink to the bottom of your Batter.

all purpose flour
1 c
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
orange juice
grated peel of an orange
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
hot water
1 c
fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c
coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tsp
baking soda

How to Make Cranberry Orange Bread


  • 1In a Large Bowl, combine Dry Ingredients.
    In another bowl, Beat Egg. Add Orange Juice, Peel,
    Melted Butter, & Hot Water
  • 2Add to Flour Mixture, stirring just until Moistened.
    Gently Fold In Cranberries (Lightly Dust them First with Flour to prevent them from sinking, add Chopped Walnuts.
  • 3Spoon into a Greased 9inch x 5inch x 3 inch Loaf Pan.
    Bake at 325F for 60 Minutesor until Toothpick inserted neat the Center comes out Clean.

    Cool for 10 Minutes before removing to a Wire Rack
