1Place yeast in bowl with a pinch of sugar. Melt butter, milk, water, sugar until scalded.
2Mix in mashed potatoes and let cool enough at mix with yeast. Mix with yeast and add eggs, flour, and salt. Let rise.
3Roll out and douse with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and then brown sugar. I usually use a long piece of string or thread to cut the batter into circles. I leave them about 2-3 inches thick. Bake on a cookie sheet flat side down. Bake 12-15 mins at 350.
