Ingredients
- FOR THE DOUGH
- 1 cup 1 room temperature egg plus room temperature water to equal 1 cup
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons dry active yeast
- FOR THE FILLING
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
How To Make cinnamon roll dough in bread machine

Step 1place ingredients into bread machine in the order listed.

Step 2Turn bread machine on and set to white bread dough and 1 1/2 lb loaf.

Step 3When machine is done, remove dough and place on lightly floured surface. Roll dough out into a 12 by 6 inch flat rectangle. Spread dough with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle with walnuts and raisins, if you wish. Loosely roll the dough up, jelly roll style.

Step 4Place rolled up dough in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 gor 25 minutes or until goldern brown. Glaze with butter
