With Fall approaching. I decided To create a new bread. This was a plain pumpkin bread recipe that I had hanging around for years. I made some changes to it. I decreased and increased some ingredients. I also added others. In addition, I added chopped Apples and a cinnamon filling to it. I no longer will be calling this a plain Pumkin bread recipe.
It is moist, soft and delicious. If you like Pumpkin bread. I bet you'll love this one.
Enjoy!
