How to Make Cinnamon-Carrot Nut Bread
11.In a medium bowl, toss together the carrots and pecans and set aside. In another bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
22. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer. Beat in oil and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture, than carrot mixture.
33. Turn into a well-greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour and ten minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Makes 24 servings.
