I was hungry for banana bread but wanted something a little different. I couldn't find a recipe I liked so made my own. My husband said it was the best banana bread he has had! I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased! This was moist and light and very flavorful!
I'm thinking next time of adding a little cinnamon to it.
