Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup carrot purée
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make carrot bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 360°F. Grease loaf pan.

Step 2Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat eggs, then stir in remaining wet ingredients. Combine with dry ingredients, taking care not to mix too much!

Step 3Bake 50 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack, then turn out of pan to cool completely.
