Ingredients

1 1/2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
2
eggs
1 c
carrot purée
1/2 c
honey
1/2 c
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 360°F. Grease loaf pan.
2Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat eggs, then stir in remaining wet ingredients. Combine with dry ingredients, taking care not to mix too much!
3Bake 50 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack, then turn out of pan to cool completely.
