    ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c
    international delight caramel macchiato creamer
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 2 large
  • 2/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant coffee granules
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon (plus a pinch or two for yumminess)
  • 1/2 tsp

  • 6 Tbsp
    salted butter
  • 6 Tbsp
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How to Make Caramel Macchiato Banana Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9”x 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add coffee creamer, oil, eggs, sugar and coffee granules. Mix well.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add dry mixture to the banana mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until it tests done with a toothpick. I start checking after 50 minutes. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes then remove.
  5. Now while loaf is cooling, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the brown sugar and vanilla. Stir. Keep stirring… and bring to a boil. Keep stirring and reduce to simmer for 3 minutes. Let cool it will thicken as it cools. If it is already thick just pour over the loaf now. Once the glaze has set ENJOY!
