butterscotch apple bread

Although I wish it had some more butterscotch flavor, this sweet bread turned out really good...and it's healthy! By the way, if it doesn't come refrigerated, it's not real juice/cider. Use the good stuff.

- 1 box instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding
- 1 cup milk, skim
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups whole grain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 3/4 cups 100% apple juice, unsweetened

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and apple juice. Mix until well combined.
