Although I wish it had some more butterscotch flavor, this sweet bread turned out really good...and it's healthy! By the way, if it doesn't come refrigerated, it's not real juice/cider. Use the good stuff.

milk, skim

brown sugar
2 tsp
1 tsp
ginger powder
1 pinch
3 c
whole grain flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
2 tsp
baking soda
1 3/4 c
100% apple juice, unsweetened

How to Make Butterscotch Apple Bread


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and apple juice. Mix until well combined.
  • 3Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
