Butterscotch Apple Bread
1 boxinstant sugar-free butterscotch pudding
1 cmilk, skim
1 cbrown sugar
1 tspginger powder
3 cwhole grain flour
1 Tbspbaking powder
2 tspbaking soda
1 3/4 c100% apple juice, unsweetened
How to Make Butterscotch Apple Bread
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and apple juice. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
