4 call purpose flour

How to Make MARY LOU'S BUTTERMILK DOUGHNUTS
- Heat oil to about 375 degrees.
- Beat egg until lemon colored.
- Add sugar to the beaten egg, beat until smooth.
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and the buttermilk.
- Roll out to desired thickness, add a little flour as you roll.
- Cut out and fry in hot lard until golden brown, usually about three minutes on each side.
