Blueberry Yogurt Bread
To mix it up a little for the fall season substitute cranberries for the blueberries and add about a teaspoon of fresh orange zest and top with a vanilla glaze!
How to Make Blueberry Yogurt Bread
- Preheat oven 350*F.Coat bottom of a 9x5 inch loak pan with cooking spray
- Combine yogurt,sugar,oil and milk in a large bowl;stir to mix well.Stir in beaten eggs till well combined
- Combine flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in a medium bowl;mix well.Stir flour into yogurt mixture until well combined.Stir in blueberries
- Pour batter into prepared pan.bake until knife comes out clean about 55 to 65 min.Cool in pan 10 min,remove bread to a wire rack to cool completely
