blueberry yogurt bread
(2 RATINGS)
I have made this bread numerous times always delish!!!Yogurt adds a moist and tender texture to this quick bread and reduces the amount of oil needed in the recipe, you could also make this into muffins and sprinkle with course sugar. To mix it up a little for the fall season substitute cranberries for the blueberries and add about a teaspoon of fresh orange zest and top with a vanilla glaze!
