best bannana bread ever
This was my Grandma's recipe and She an I absolutely loved it she has now past and I love this recipe even more now. It is very good anytime, but even better then fresh out of the oven hot and a slice of butter spread over the top. Yummy!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bannanas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, almond is also very good too
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make best bannana bread ever

Step 1In a bowl add one T. Vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let stand.

Step 2In a large bowl: combine all ingredients, except the Vinegar/Milk mixture.

Step 3Add 2 tsp. backing soda to mil mix, then add to other ingredients.

Step 4Once everything has been well incorporated dump into per-greaced loaf pans and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
