The recipe makes 2 loaves
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2ea - eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans finely chopped
- 4or5 medium bananas (ripe) you want the bananas to have dark skin
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1preheat oven 350* prepare two loaf pans with cooking spray, I like the cooking spray with flour in it for baking.

Step 2mix sugar, eggs, milk until well mixed- add ripe bananas add all dry ingredients mix well and add melted butter mix well then add nuts (you can make this without nuts)

Step 3bake for 45 to 50 minutes then check with a toothpick if clean your bread is done if not cook an additional 5 minutes and check again continue until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 4when cooled I wrap my bread in aluminum foil. I freeze one until needed and keep one loaf for friends & family to enjoy.
