banana nut bread

My son (Tony) gave me this recipe. Told me the secret to being very moist was to use 2&1/2 bananas. I found this to be true. First time making I did the two bananas, good but not extra moist as he said. Second time making I used 2&1/2 as he told me to begin with. So, so moist. Sometimes, we do have to admit our kids know more than we do...LOL

Ingredients
- 1 box duncan hines moist yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 box instant banana pudding
- 2 1/2 large bananas (very ripe)
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1In lg mixing bowl beat eggs, water, & oil. Add cake mix & pudding, mixing well. Slice bananas & beat till mixed well. Stir in nuts.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 loaf pans. Divide equally between the 3. Bake 40 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 mins. before removing from pans to cool on racks.
