1In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and bananas. Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder. Throughly mix in eggs and butter. Heat oil in large skillet or deep fryer. Carefully place spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until brown. Flip the fritter and continue to brown. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust fritters with powdered sugar, serve while warm.
