This is everyone's favorite bread in the wintertime. Great with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate or tea.The cinnamon butter in this bread is even more delicious than you think.It smells so good when baking too! Land O'Lakes makes this butter spread or--- You can buy the cinnamon butter or make your own by mixing butter or margarine, cinnamon and sugar together until you get the cinnamon sweetness you like. Great spread on toast or bagels too.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar butter spread
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make banana cinnamon bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. spray a 8x4-inch loaf pan or 12 muffin wells. Set aside.

Step 2Combine sugar and the cinnamon butter spread with the eggs in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add banana and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until JUST mixed.(you can add a 1/2 cup of chopped nuts if you like.)

Step 3Spoon batter into prepared pan or muffin tin. Bake pan about 55-65 minutes --- muffing about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of either comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to wire cooling rack. Cool completely. Serve with Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread.
