Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margerine
- 3 - ripened bananas smashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - cooking spray
How To Make banana bread

Step 1preheat your oven to 350. Combine sugar and margerin in a bowl; beat with a mixer until well blended. add bananas, milk, sour cream, and egg whites.

Step 2combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk. add flour mixture beat just until blended do not over beat.

Step 3spoon batter into a 9 by 5 in loaf pan coated with cooking spray bake for 1 hour or until a pick comes out clean. let cool slightly and serve
