This is another one of my mother's recipes that she made for years. I have been making this banana bread recipe for years myself and usually share it with my co-workers who always tell me it is the best one they have ever eaten. My daughter is now baking this one too. This one is a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- 3-4 - very ripe mashed bananas (3-4 depending on size)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Whisk eggs slightly and then add to mashed bananas and blend together.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean.
