Another Banana Bread recipe to add to the list of breads, I got this recipe from my mother, and who she got it from is a mystery to us all. However, this recipe is a big hit with many people and I can never keep enough of it around.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 large bananas (ripe, or if frozen-room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325, spray/butter loaf pans (makes 2 9x5) I just add the ingredients in order and mix with my hand mixer. Then pour equal amounts into the pans, Bake for 1 hour, or until center is done, and cool for 15 minutes (don't burn yourself haha). If you want to hand mix it, it makes the bread denser, which I like better, but for the convience of all the bread I'm making I mix with my mixer.
