A long time friend of Grandma W's, Aunt Sally Accurso, made these for me. You need the recipe for Basic Sweet Dough (yes, in JAP also) to make the balloon buns, which are incredible!

Ingredients
- 1 recipe basic sweet dough
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make balloon buns

Step 1Divide dough in half, roll to 1/4" thicknes. Cut fifteen 3 1/2" circles from each half. Dip marshmallows in melted butter then wrap in dough circle, pinching together tightly at the bottom. Dip in melted butter then sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place in greased muffin cups. Let rise 15-20 min, until light. Bake 25-30 min at 375 degrees. Remove immediately and serve warm.
