Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup raisims
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make zucchini pineapple bread

Step 1Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla, add zucchini and dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple, raisins and pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
