Ingredients
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs - eggs
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 2//3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups hot coffee
- 1 - large can sliced peaches..drained
- 2 cups 35% whipping cream
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 CUP PE cup peach juice
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, lite
How To Make peachy cake

Step 1heat oven to 350 degrees...butter three nine inch cake pans.line bottom with parchment paper.....beat the butter, eggs, sugar, milk, lemon juice, cocoa and vanilla with electric mixer beat til well combined

Step 2In separate bowl..sift flour and baking soda . add the flour mix in three additions,alternating with coffee and beat until smooth..divide the mix to pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes til toothpick comes out clean. cool in the pans.

Step 3Filling....blot peaches on paper towel..reserve 3 or 4 for garnish..coarsley chop peaches..whip the cream with the powdered {icing} sugar and 1 Tbsp peach juice beat until very thick,,fold in sour cream and peaches.

Step 4Remove cake from pans and you can ice the cake with the 3 layers or slice each of the 3 layers to end up with 6 layers and smooth each layer with the filling and finish with covering the top of cake with remaining filling and arrange the left over peaches on center of top...serves 12....
