Ingredients

1/2 cpeanut oil

TO PREPARE: DISSOLVE: 1 PKG YEAST IN ½ CUP LUKEWARM WATER ADD 1 TBLS SUGAR LET STAND IN A WARM PLACE FOR 45 MINUTES. IT WILL HAVE A MUSHROOM EFFECT.

How to Make Yeast Rolls
- Stir some of the flour into the other ingredients until a fairly thick batter is formed.
- Pour dough onto well floured board and knead in the remaining flour. You cannot knead too much.
- Place the dough in a well greased bowl and let stand until double.Punch the dough down and shape into loaves or rolls. Let stand until doubled.
- Place in a cold oven and bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375* for 25 minutes for loaves and 10-15 minutes for rolls. Brush with butter.
