Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 sm. can creamed corn
- 1 15.25 can whole kernel corn
- 1 med. onion minced
- 1 jalapeno peppers
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded, divided
How To Make the most amazing mexican cornbread

Step 1Mix all ingredients well.

Step 2Fold in corn, and cheese reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top.

Step 3Add to a prepared 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 350, for 1 hour.

Step 4Let cool, to room temperature.
