Swiss Cheese Bread Wedges
Recipe from Bisquick -1983.
2 cbisquick baking mix
1/4 ccrispy cooked bacon, crumbled
1 ccubed swiss cheese
2 Tbspmargarine or butter.melted
1/2 tspcelery seed or caraway seed
How to Make Swiss Cheese Bread Wedges
- Heat oven to 400^. Grease a round 9-inch baking pan. Mix baking mix, milk and egg; beat fast for 30 seconds. Stir in cheese; spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon over top. Spoon margarine evenly over top; sprinkle with celery seed.
Bake until golden brown about 20-25 minutes.
Cool 5-10 minutes in pan Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
High altitude -heat oven to 425^.
