- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cubed swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter.melted
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed or caraway seed
How To Make swiss cheese bread wedges

Step 1Heat oven to 400^. Grease a round 9-inch baking pan. Mix baking mix, milk and egg; beat fast for 30 seconds. Stir in cheese; spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon over top. Spoon margarine evenly over top; sprinkle with celery seed. Bake until golden brown about 20-25 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes in pan Cut into wedges. Serve warm. --- High altitude -heat oven to 425^.
